Room Integrity Test Facility

HALON RECYCLING FACTORY has the pleasure of introducing a new facility that has been added to our existing services of HALON Recycling, Maintenance of fire fighting system and refilling of Fire Extinguishers. This is the ROOM INTEGRITY TEST using door blower fan method to ensure the integrity of room protected by gaseous fire fighting systems. This unique system measures the air tightness of a room, predicts the suppressant retention time and pin points the location of any leaks. The test is a certified result valid for a full 12 months, unless any structural changes are made to the enclosure.

As per NFPA 2001 AND NFPA 12A, "an enclosure protected by clean agent shall be thoroughly inspected, at least once in every 12 months, to determine if penetrations or other changes have occurred that could adversely affect agent leakage or change volume of hazard or both. Where the inspection, they shall be re tested for integrity to locate and effectively seal any significant air leaks that could result in a failure of the enclosure to hold the specified agent concentration level for the specified holding period".
